Leadership Development

Campus Ministry Leadership Development is designed to improve the character and leadership traits of students. This training is consistent with Pan Am’s commitment to developing Christian leaders for the future. In addition to the Junior and Senior Seminars, which focus on character and leadership goals, Campus Ministry offers training and mentoring for specific students, freshmen through senior, showing leadership potential. Training sets a precedent of expectations for the students and provides students with skills training and practicum experience in:
