Soccer
The Pan Am Boys Soccer Team was named the 2009 Texas Association of Private and Parochial School (TAPPS) Division I State Champions—finishing their 2009 season 17-1. This is the fifth state championship for the Eagles Soccer Team since 2001.

Basketball
Pan Am offers basketball programs in the fall/winter for male and female students.

Volleyball
Volleyball is offered for the female students during the fall season.

Cheerleading
Cheerleading is a co-ed sport at Pan Am. The cheerleaders support all of the athletic programs of the school and work to promote school spirit both on and off the playing field.

Cross Country/ Track
Track programs are offered for both male and female students. Cross-country takes place during the fall semester, and track is offered during the spring semester.
