The PSAT 10 is a practice SAT exam that will debut in the 2015-16 school year. Its scores will also be reported on the same scale as the new SAT. The PSAT 10 is designed specifically for sophomores in high school, so its questions are not as difficult as the PSAT/NMSQT, which is designed for juniors.
