On Friday, November 30, 2018, we celebrated the induction of 18 new members into the John A. Mackay Chapter of the National Honor Society. These students were selected by their teachers as those who most uphold the ideals of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. During the ceremony, inductees were presented with a yellow rose from current members of the chapter. They also enjoyed a meal together after the induction ceremony. Congratulations, students!

We have a limited quantity of PPAS Christmas cards (featuring student artwork) for sale! These 5X7 cards come in packages of 10 with a mixture of the four designs shown for $10.00, plus shipping and handling (U.S. addresses only).

Won't you join us for an evening of family fun on Friday, October 19, from 7:00-10:30 p.m.? This event helps all of our student organizations raise funds for events and activities throughout the school year.

Students, staff, and guests gathered at the annual International Banquet to celebrate their heritage and learn about the cultural traditions of others. It was a wonderful evening filled with great food and entertainment from the various countries represented by our students.

We are participating for the third year in #GivingTuesday on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. Join us as we seek to raise funds this year to support our Eagle Athletic programs.

This school year began with a splash! On Saturday, August 18, the Campus Ministry Council hosted the annual "SPLASH" event to help our newest students become acquainted with other students on campus. Even though the temperatures reached 100 degrees, students stayed cool with various water games and had fun welcoming everyone into the Pan Am family.

School representatives will be at the La Quinta Inn & Suites (Convention Center) 801 S. Ware Rd. in McAllen on Saturday, June 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity for prospective students and families to learn about our school.

Forty-eight graduates walked the stage on Saturday, May 19, and received their diplomas. Congratulations to the PPAS Class of 2018, and best wishes for a bright future!
