At the south regional meet the Eagles set two new school records - Sara in the 800 earning her a 2nd place and the 4x400m relay. Sara was the Regional champion in the 300m hurdles with Henriette placing 3rd. Henriette finished 2nd in the 100m hurdles. Miriam earned a trip to Waco by placing 3rd in the 3200m and 4th in the 1600m. Aneida Flores represented Pan American and was 7th in the 300m Hurdles. Omar finished 2nd in the 300m hurdles. Our 4x200m relay and 4x 400m relays had solid showings but fell short of qualifying. Congrats to all of these athletes and to Coach Cantu!
