Prom 2019 - "Memories are Forever"

Who doesn't remember their high school prom? At Pan Am, we strive to expose our international study body to experiences, like pep rallies, homecoming, and the prom, that give them a taste of U.S. culture. However, unlike traditional public schools where the prom is primarily an event for juniors and seniors, our prom is open to students from all grade levels.

Each year, the junior class works hard months in advance to plan the event, as a tribute to the graduating seniors. This year, the "Memories are Forever" themed prom, held on Saturday, April 27, did not disappoint. Prom King and Queen, David Araujo and Allison Cabanzo, and their friends and classmates will certainly cherish the memories forever!

We prayed for the millions of people affected by the violence and gave thanks for the remarkable progress Rwanda has made as a nation since that dark time. Then, over lunch, six of our students shared a presentation with the student. We are grateful for our Rwandan students and their leadership on campus.

Celebration 2019 - "This Is Our God"

Our mission of developing young Christian leaders is never more evident than during the annual “Celebration” event. The success of this event each year is due in large part to our energetic and creative student leaders. Students are organized into “family” groups, and each leader has the responsibility of talking about their own faith and helping other students develop in their personal faith journeys through a variety of fun activities.
