Each student brings a wealth of cultural knowledge that is unique to her or his home country. Each culture combines with the others to produce something new – an environment of peace, mutual respect, and faith that is broad enough to encompass much of the human experience across the world. A Pan Am education stands out amongst Christian parochial schools. No other high school challenges students academically, culturally, and spiritually in an environment that is also supportive and fun. Because we are a boarding school, we have opportunities 24 hours a day to help students grow in faith and mutual love. The wind of God beneath our Eagles’ wings inspired, tousled, refreshed, and sustained our 2017-2018 academic year. Students from 9 countries came to Pan Am and found an environment that is as academically, culturally, and spiritually strenuous, as it is nest- like in its nurture, support, and fun. Some challenges from prior school years carried over. Increased requests for scholarships continued, due to difficult economic times in students’ home countries. All the while, God remained faithful and active. Once again, 100% of our seniors were accepted into college. Two graduates will enter the university of their choice as sophomores, due to their diligent work in our dual-credit program. We are proud of our soccer and track athletes who competed at the State level. And remember-- our students live hundreds of miles away from their families, and they do everything in a language other than their native tongue. After Pan Am, our students go on to college and then into their careers as mature young adults who understand the world. They become leaders who transform their communities and make the world a better place. All of this happens because of generations of support by people of faith. Your gift to Presbyterian Pan American School makes it possible to transform the life of students who may have no access to education at home, and instead find an entire world of possibilities open to them. Your gift helps each individual student and it also benefits the entire world. Our world needs more people with a mature faith and a deep understanding of God’s creation. This is the kind of person Pan Am endeavors to produce. Our faculty, staff, and Board of Trustees thank you for your support of our ministry. Rev. Dr. Robert Dalglish
